Claudill - Vidacovich Wedding

Enjoy Events spent the evening with Anne & Ron as they celebrated their matrimony with their close friends and family. The garden themed event held at the River Oaks Garden Club Forum was delicately decorated and embraced with the essence of nature.  The cocktail hour was held in the water garden while the little ones had their own dedicated staff, clown, and face painter to keep them occupied in the sculpture garden. Everyone stayed a little cooler with the handmade hand fans. Any Occasions Party Rental provided the tables, chairs, and beautiful linens to accompany the fabulous bird cage centerpieces provided by Anne which allowed for Plants n Petals to have fun with the floral arrangements. Demeris Catering tempted the guests with organic ripe tomatoes and traditional chicken florentine dishes while Susie's Cakes masterpiece was the showcase of the room.   Back Beat Entertainment provided non stop entertainment while Fred Keinz captured the enjoyable memories.

Congratulations Ann & Ron.  It was fabulous to be a part of your day!

Brocade - Be Next

Enjoy Events journeyed to Boston where Brocade Communications threw a party for 2,200 of their closest friends at the EMC World Annual Conference.  The House of Blues Boston provided a flawless event space and a great layout for some unique signage elements.  Branding was an essential piece of the program, and the Be Next campaign permeated the event.  For starters, the traditional Blues God Wall found in all House of Blues venues was covered with the Be Next messaging and the music hall balcony banner spanned over 400 square feet.  Drop in  some speaker banners with some rotating ceiling elements and the message was fluid.  All easy tasks unless you have to work with the Boston Fire Department. Those guys love their job.

How do you get into the party?  Well, you have to one of lucky 2,000 to get a wristband (designed by BULLPENma®keting).

We brought Houston's own Fried Ice Cream (FIC) and Flip Books of Texas via Best Entertainers along for the ride.  When you need the best, there is nothing better than your hometown talent.  With a party ratio of 70% male to 30% female,  they were up for the challenge of getting every person to hit the dance floor. I think they even surprised themselves when all four levels of the music hall danced the night away.   I had no doubt they would.

Flip Books of Texas made a remarkable debut and was a highlight throughout the entire week of conference. The came prepared with an remarkable staff,  technology to execute and customized props for the party goers.

The beautiful thing about the House of Blues Boston is the separation of event spaces and the opportunity to create different entertainment zones.  While FIC created an atmosphere of dance, the restaurant zone enjoyed some spinning from DJ Master Million, a true legend straight from LA where he has a long list of celebrity clients.  The exclusive Foundation Room is where the VIPs lounged and the team from The Fabulous Dueling Pianos sang the classics.

It was all brought together by elegant black linen accented with red sashes from Rentals Unlimited and floral from Adam's Garden of Eden.

And last (but certainty not least) David Fox Photography captured the enjoyable moments.
